Return Policy
Zenqul offers a 30-day return policy. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at sales@zenqul.store.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

All original accessories or inserts must be included.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@zenqul.store so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the product first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
United Kingdom – Consumer Contracts Regulations
UK customers are entitled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Australia – Consumer Guarantee (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted under our standard 30-day return policy, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fees.
To cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@zenqul.store. After 48 hours, cancellations will be subject to the status of order processing or fulfillment.
